This BAYFTAH26M/ FLR06074 filter is made to fit in the Trane / American Standard TFM260B0AH0, TFP260A0AH00, TFP260A0AH10, TFP260A0AH11, TFM260A0AH10 Perfect Fit Air Cleaner models. This filter is made with a double wall moisture resistant frame and a MERV 8 filter media rating for the reduction of airborne particulates. The higher the MERV value, the smaller the size of particles filtered. This filter has a deep pleated surface rather than a flat one, thereby increasing the filtering surface area which further increases the number of contaminants it can capture. With a MERV 8 value, it traps airborne pollutants as small as 3.0 microns such as dust, pollen, dust mites, and animal dander while allowing a free flow of cleaner air.
