The PurestOne™ TP-1 replacement filter cartridge is a sub-micron filter with electrokinetic attraction to remove harmful heavy metals like lead and mercury, as well as microorganisms like giardia and cryptosporidium. Blue caps are thermally bonded to the filter instead of glued for superior construction.The TP-1 also meets NSF Standards 51 & 53.
Application:
The PurestOne™ Cartridge test data is derived from testing conducted by Spectrum Laboratories (a nationally recognized independant laboratory). The testing demonstrates the cartridge’s effectiveness in removing those contaminents most frequently encountered in water supplies. All test results represent performance using the very rigorous Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) Protocols.
