Amtrol ST-5 Thermal Expansion Tank 2 Gallon

Intended Use:

The Amtrol ST-5 2 Gallon Thermal Expansion Tank helps to control pressure build-up in closed, hot water systems. The ST-5 features a butyl diaphragm and a stainless steel system connection.

• Max working pressure: 150 psi
• Pre-charged to 40 psi

Note: Be sure to measure the system water pressure using a water pressure gauge, and make sure that the air pressure in the thermal expansion tank is the same as the system pressure. The thermal expansion tank is pre-charged to 40 psi. Verify the charge of the tank using a tank pressure gauge.
