Our backwashing sediment filter uses FilterAg Plus or Turbidex which are NSF Certified alumino-silicate granules which provide exceptional suspended solids reduction. This is the latest advancement in filtration media. Traditional sand and multimedia filters were satisfactory for some water treatment applications but many applications demand a media that filters down to below 5 micron and saves time and money in application and usability.
