Hammock filters in HVAC systems use replacement filter media to remove impurities from indoor air. It removes large airborne particles of dirt, dust, pollen and odor. A viscosine adhesive coating on the fiberglass material improves the filter’s ability to capture and trap impurities. With one-inch thickness, its 20-foot length can be cut to fit Amerglas and other hammock filters.
