If a warranty claim is made within the three-year period, proof of purchase and proof of installation by a licensed HVAC or electrical contractor must be provided for a valid claim. This warranty does not cover labor, return shipping charges or damage from improper installation or improper voltage usage. The Nu-Calgon iWave-R warranty begins on the date that the unit was installed. Installation of an iWave unit by any person other than a licensed HVAC or electrical contractor will void the warranty. Does iWave eliminate dust? The iwave will cause small particles to draw together so they become larger particles making them easier to be filtered from the air by your existing filters. For best filtration use an electrostatic filter that is MERV 11 or higher.
When powered up, a green LED on the Nu-Calgon iWave-R will light up. If the light is not on, check the voltage on your iWave-R air purifier.
