Keeping fine particles of sediment, rust, dirt and scale out of your household plumbing lines is the job of this filter housing. These particles deposit and build up in your water softener, water heater, clothes washer, dishwasher and all your household fixtures and faucets. Protect and preserve your investments with this sediment filter and your choice of companion sediment cartridges. The integrated shut-off valve supports ease of cartridge replacement.

Note: Clear Housing Sumps are more prone to leaking and cracking, and are not as resilient as their opaque counterparts. They may be significantly less able to handle high pressure, temperature, exposure to sunlight, and other stress.
