COMMERCIAL JUMBO 40 STAINLESS STEEL WATER FILTRATION HOUSING

The Jumbo 40 Band Clamp Stainless Steel Filter Housing is designed for commercial filtration applications where the maximum flow rate is 50 gpm, however, remember that filters are rated at their peak flow rate when the filter is new. As it plugs with sediment, sand, silt, or solids, the flow will diminish. It is a great idea to have gauges on both the inlet and outlet of the filter, so that when the pressure drop between the inlet and outlet exceeds 15 psi, you know it is time to change the filter. Unlike other commercial filters that use “clusters” of filters, the Jumbo 40 uses one large format pleated filter for ease of changeout. The Jumbo 40 cartridges (must be ordered separately) are Pleated 100% Polyester material designed to exceed high flow application requirements. In many cases the cartridges can be cleaned and re-used.
